Hi, My Name is Derrick!

I was born in Long Beach California. I spent a majority of my childhood overseas in Guam, Fiji & Australia until my family relocated to Florida. I got my Real Estate License at the young age of 18 and have been doing it ever since! With over a decade in Real Estate and 600+ transactions, I have done it all from working with seasoned investors, first-time home-buyers to REO Companies.
